Villas for 20 people in Costa Rica

Very few private villas in Costa Rica sleep twenty guests in real beds. The ones below do, with 8 bedrooms — and if your group is larger, or two families want separate houses, we can combine two villas on the same beach.

VillaSleepsBedroomsAreaFrom / night
Villa Morabeza208Guanacaste · Tamarindo$2,590

Starting rates in US dollars, before taxes (13% in Costa Rica) and cleaning fees. High season, Christmas–New Year and Easter cost more and often require a longer minimum stay.

How to host 25 guests or more

The usual answer is two neighbouring villas: one for families with young children, one for the adults, sharing meals and a chef. On Playa Langosta, for example, Villa Morabeza and Villa Monoï are on the same beach.

Questions groups ask us

How much does a villa for 20 people cost in Costa Rica?

Starting rates in our selection run from $2,590 per night, before taxes and cleaning fees. Divided between twenty guests, that is often less per person than hotel rooms of the same standard.

Can we hold an event or celebration in the villa?

Weddings, milestone birthdays or company retreats need the owner’s written approval and sometimes an event fee, so tell us about it in your first message.

What if our group is 18 or 19 people?

See our villas for 15 to 19 people, which include homes that sleep 18 and 19 guests.

Tell us your dates and how the group splits (couples, children and their ages) and we will confirm which villas are actually available.

Booking a Costa Rica villa: local travel agent or online agency?

Many travelers look for a local travel agent in Costa Rica before booking a villa. Rather than a large online travel agency, Allure connects you directly with the local villa teams of Costa Rica: we shortlist the right property, confirm availability and arrange transfers, chef and activities for you.

Do I need a travel agent to book a villa in Costa Rica?

No, but a local specialist saves time. We explain what each villa includes, check your dates with the owners and take care of the arrival details, so all you have to choose is where to stay.
