Every villa stay is arranged personally. Send us your dates and party size through the villa page or WhatsApp; we confirm availability and send a tailored quote, usually within 24 hours. No payment is taken on this website.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM (until midnight); check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Minimum stay
Minimum stays vary by villa and season. Festive dates (Christmas, New Year, Easter) carry longer minimums and book out far in advance.
Payment and cancellation
Payment schedule and cancellation terms vary by villa and season; the exact terms are confirmed in writing with your quote, before any commitment. A refundable security deposit may apply at some villas.
What is included
Our villa rates include daily housekeeping, a dedicated caretaker and our concierge service to plan your stay. Most villas also include breakfast preparation (food cost separate), laundry, pool and garden care, purified water and nighttime security.
House rules
All villas are smoke-free (designated outdoor areas may be available). Pets are not permitted; service animals are always welcome. Live music and parties are not allowed after 10:00 PM.
Extra services
On request: private airport transfers (from $105 for up to 3 guests, $18 per additional guest), private chef and meal plans, grocery pre-stocking, in-villa massages, yoga and personal training, surf lessons, guided tours and yacht charters.
